Armani Exchange Bag Peeling After Minimal Use—Original Quality in Question

I am disappointed with my Armani Exchange bag. I purchased it from an official Armani Exchange store in Cyprus in 2023, and after using it for only three months during the summer, the bag is peeling everywhere.

I’ve always trusted Armani Exchange and have even bought their products as gifts for friends. However, this experience has made me question the quality of their so-called “original” products. If I hadn’t bought it directly from their store, I would have assumed it was a counterfeit. Unfortunately, I no longer have the purchase receipt or documentation, and the serial number tag is missing, even though I didn’t remove it myself.

How can a brand like Armani Exchange sell a product of such poor durability? I expect an immediate response and a solution, whether it’s a replacement or another appropriate resolution. This situation is unacceptable for a brand of this caliber.
