Armani Exchange T Shirt Print Came Off After First Wash


I purchased the Armani Exchange Crew Neck Printed Khaki Men’s T-Shirt (model: 3DZTJB ZJBYZ 1839). I bought it from Boyner about a month ago, and the print on the shirt started peeling off after the very first wash. I sent it in for warranty evaluation, but I haven’t received any updates for 16 business days. When I contacted Boyner, they told me the brand would respond within 21 business days and mentioned that Armani had even expressed frustration toward Boyner. This was my first time shopping from Armani, and I feel completely let down. I bought a short-sleeved summer t-shirt, and now summer is over, yet the warranty exchange still hasn’t been processed. If Armani continues to treat customers like this, this will definitely be my first and last purchase. I expect a prompt response regarding my issue.
