Armani Bag Deformed in 6 Months, Replacement Demands Extra Payment
I purchased an Armani bag from the Kentpark store, but it began to deform within six months. I returned it to the store, where they informed me it needed to be inspected. After inspection, they acknowledged the defect and emailed me confirming the bag was faulty. However, they stated the exact replacement wasn’t available and offered to exchange it for another bag—only if I paid an additional fee due to price increases.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid a significant amount six months ago, and the defective product is the company's responsibility. As per the Consumer Arbitration Committee's decision, the defective product must be replaced with an identical, defect-free one without any additional cost. Armani, honor your commitment to quality and implement the ruling without asking for more money.
