Armani Exchange Ignored My Complaint About Defective Shoes
I purchased Armani Exchange shoes for ₺6200, expecting high quality. However, after wearing them only a few times, the material started fraying and looked like tassels. The poor-quality material is unacceptable for such an expensive product. I contacted customer service multiple times and visited the Ankamall Republic store, but no one offered a solution or assistance.
As a loyal customer, I feel completely disregarded. Armani Exchange must take responsibility for the poor craftsmanship of their product and resolve this issue by offering a repair or replacement. Customers deserve better service and quality for the prices they pay. I demand a prompt resolution to my complaint.
