I Face Argivit Focus Syrup Foaming Issue After First Opening

On 07.08.2025, I opened a bottle of Argivit Focus syrup that I had purchased from Özkan Pharmacy, with the serial number 24/02.26/2602.2-3. Before opening, I shook the bottle lightly as instructed. However, the moment I removed the cap, the syrup started foaming and overflowing like soda. This is clearly not the expected behavior for a dietary supplement and immediately raised concerns about the product’s safety.

I have never used this bottle before, and it was stored properly in the refrigerator under the recommended conditions. Despite that, the syrup reacted abnormally. I did not taste or consume it because I did not want to risk any health problems, especially since it seemed spoiled. The product was purchased without a prescription, and unfortunately, I do not recall the exact price I paid.

Given that Argivit Focus is marketed for health support, such a quality control issue is unacceptable. I am worried the product may be defective or contaminated. I am requesting a full refund and an official explanation from the company as to why the syrup foamed and overflowed upon opening. I expect Argivit to address this matter urgently, provide a resolution, and take action to ensure no other consumers experience the same problem.
