On 27.07.2025, I purchased two bottles of Argivit Focus syrup from the same pharmacy. To my disappointment, both bottles contained an unknown substance inside the liquid, which immediately raised safety concerns. After noticing the issue with the first bottle, I stopped using it right away and reported the problem to the pharmacy. They replaced it with a new bottle, but when I opened the replacement, I found the exact same problem again.
Both defective products had the same expiration date of 11/2026 and shared the batch number 24023018. I paid a total of ₺500 for these syrups, expecting a safe and reliable supplement, but instead, I encountered two consecutive defective products. For a brand that markets itself as a children’s health supplement, this lack of quality control is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
I am requesting that Argivit immediately replace these defective bottles with a safe, problem-free product and provide a clear explanation regarding why this contamination occurred in two separate bottles from the same batch. I expect urgent action and accountability to ensure other consumers do not face the same health risks and financial loss.
