I recently purchased Argivit Smart 30 tablets from a pharmacy, expecting a safe and reliable supplement. However, when I opened the box for the very first time, I was shocked to see that mold had already started forming on the surface of the tablets. The expiration date clearly states 12.25, which means the product should still be within its safe usage period. The barcode number on the package is 8682408684345.
I have not used even a single tablet from this box because I noticed the problem immediately upon opening it. Discovering mold on a supplement that is supposed to support health, especially before its expiration date, has left me both disappointed and concerned about the company’s quality control practices.
So far, I have not contacted the pharmacy or Argivit customer service, but I plan to do so. At this stage, I am requesting a full refund for this defective product. If necessary, I am also willing to share photos of the moldy tablets as proof. I expect Argivit to take responsibility, explain how this could happen, and resolve the issue promptly to prevent other consumers from experiencing the same risk.
