On November 13, 2025, I purchased Argivit Focus syrup from Ulubak Pharmacy in Bigadiç. I gave it to my 3-year-old child according to the instructions in the leaflet, at a dosage of 5 mg per day. However, after each use, my child experienced nausea and vomiting. We used the syrup a total of four times, and the same issue occurred every time. Because of this, I stopped giving it to my child.
I did not experience any problem with the pharmacy where I purchased the product, and I do not believe it was their mistake. I did not keep the receipt, but I request an explanation regarding this issue related to the product and a refund. I expect a quick solution from the brand, as this product has put my child’s health at risk.
