I’m facing a frustrating issue with my Arçelik washing machine. Although I set it for a 1 hour 45-minute cycle, after running for 15 minutes, the machine inexplicably increases the time to 3.5 hours. For example, a cycle that starts at 7:30 PM still isn’t finished by midnight.
When I contacted the service team, they gave vague explanations about "energy-saving mode" and other excuses, but this doesn’t solve the problem. Neither the machine performs as promised, nor is the service team helpful enough to provide a proper solution.
I regret buying this product and advise others to avoid it. I’m at the point of throwing it out the window due to the ongoing frustration. Arçelik needs to take responsibility and address this issue immediately.
