BC Game Bank Transfer Shows Success but $62 Not Credited to Account

I am writing regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue I experienced on BC Game. On February 15, 2026, at 11:47:12, I requested a withdrawal of $62 via bank transfer to my Airtel Payments Bank account. The transaction on BC Game is marked as successful under Order ID F-1857170946092894426, with a fee of $2 and a status showing “Success.” However, the funds have never been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account.
For the past three days, I have been waiting for the money and have checked my bank statement multiple times. There is no record of this deposit in my Airtel Payments Bank account. I contacted BC Game support and provided all available evidence, including my bank statement and even video proof showing that I did not receive the funds. Despite this, BC Game support repeatedly stated that the withdrawal was successful and closed two of my support tickets without resolving the issue.
I have previously made multiple successful withdrawals from BC Game to this same Airtel Payments Bank account, which makes this situation even more concerning, as this is the only transaction that has failed to arrive while still being marked as successful on the platform.
I request that BC Game urgently investigate this transaction and either send the $62 to my Airtel Payments Bank account or refund the full amount to my BC Game balance. I also ask that my case be reviewed seriously rather than having my tickets closed without a proper resolution, as I have already provided clear evidence that the funds were not received.
