I have been using my 1win account registered with the email address emmafres***@yahoo.com, and on 17 February 2026, my account was suddenly blocked without any prior notice or explanation. Earlier the same day I was still able to access my account normally, and then I discovered I could no longer log in. There is more than 1,000,000 naira in my 1win account balance, and at the moment, I am completely unable to reach or use these funds because of the unexplained block. I have tried to contact 1win customer support, but I have not received any response to clarify why my account was blocked or how this issue can be resolved. I request that my situation be urgently reviewed, that I be allowed to withdraw the full remaining balance of more than 1,000,000 naira from my account, and that I be provided with a clear explanation for the blocking of my account. I expect 1win to either restore my access or process my withdrawal as soon as possible so that I do not suffer any further financial loss.
