Hello, although we said that the refrigerator we bought from Arçelik smelled of gas, the service came 4 times and did not take any action regarding the refrigerator, distracting us with nonsense things such as no coal, no bay leaves etc. Due to the smell of gas, all the products in my closet have become garbage. When we applied, the dealer we bought it from told us to call the Head Office and request a replacement, but the head office never answered the phone at 0212 314 3434. These complaints will continue until the Consumer Court. I will also file a complaint with CİMER. The fact that a 5-6 month old refrigerator is causing such problems makes me think that they are selling a defective product. Never purchase any product from Arçelik because you will never be able to find a contact person. Shame on you.
