Arçelik Refrigerator Malfunction - No Parts Available


I purchased an Arçelik refrigerator approximately 6-7 years ago. A couple of weeks ago, the upper section of the refrigerator ceased to cool. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that there was uncertainty regarding the effectiveness of the gas refill. It seems that the model is quite outdated, to the point where certain parts are no longer being produced.
I asked for a replacement and even offered to pay an extra fee, but Arçelik headquarters declined. They decided to send another service technician instead. So essentially, they're proposing that I discard my refrigerator because they are unable to locate the necessary parts for repair.
Arçelik, a renowned global brand, has been unable to offer a resolution. Save your money. Take the time to conduct some research and observe how other brands handle similar situations before making a purchase. Regrettably, it appears that Arçelik is a brand that places its own interests above the satisfaction of its customers.
Adding insult to injury, we're going through all of this.
