They call, ask for my IBAN, say nothing else is needed, then call again requesting the invoice, which I send promptly. They confirm, but later call asking for a photo ID, citing missing documents. The service and attention are extremely poor. I demand my refund immediately, or I'll sever all ties with Arçelik. Everything with them is a problem and hassle.
