Arçelik TV Refund Delay. Still Waiting for Payment

I'm still waiting for a refund from Arçelik. They took back the defective television without delay, but it's been a week and I still haven't received my refund. I need the money to look for a new device, but their communication and follow-up are non-existent. They call, ask for my IBAN, say nothing else is needed, then call again requesting the invoice, which I send promptly. They confirm, but later call asking for a photo ID, citing missing documents. The service and attention are extremely poor. I demand my refund immediately, or I'll sever all ties with Arçelik. Everything with them is a problem and hassle.
