Arçelik Took My Money but Has Not Delivered My Order for Over a Week

It’s been a week since I placed my order, and Arçelik keeps stringing me along with the same phrases over and over—“we’ll look into it,” “we’ll mark it as urgent,” “we’ll send it.” They have my money, yet there’s been no progress with my order. I no longer have any trust in them. I chose to order from Arçelik because I thought they were a reliable brand, but I regret it now—I should have bought the product elsewhere. The item is still nowhere to be seen, and there’s no proper support, just the same repeated lines. I’m sick and tired of hearing “we’ll take action.”
