Arçelik A55 Q990 TV Return And Exchange Request Rejected After Setup

On October 21, 2025, I purchased an Arçelik A55 Q990 television for ₺43,119, brand new and with a 3-year warranty, based on the recommendation of the store staff. Since the product wasn’t available in-store, I couldn’t see it beforehand; I was shown different models and told it would look “similar.” The TV was delivered and installed at my home by the technical service team on October 25, 2025, with no issues during setup. However, after reviewing the product, I realized the screen size was smaller than expected and requested a return or exchange the following day. The television was collected from my home on November 1, 2025. Later, I was contacted by customer service and asked for my IBAN number, but I was then informed that this model was not eligible for the exchange campaign and could not be changed because it had been installed. However, the store staff had verbally assured me that an exchange could be made, and my request was also recorded in writing. The TV was then returned to my home. I have contacted both the store and Arçelik customer service multiple times, but my issue remains unresolved. The product has no technical fault and has not been inspected by a service technician. My order/invoice number is ARC2025000005976, and I have all related documents, including the warranty and invoice. I expect either a full return of the product or, at the very least, an exchange for a larger model. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
