Arçelik TV Refund Delay. Still Waiting for Payment
I'm still waiting for a refund from Arçelik. They took back the defective television without delay, but it's been a week... and I still haven't received my refund. I need the money to look for a new device, but their communication and follow-up are non-existent. They call, ask for my IBAN, say nothing
