Arcelik Provided No Invoice and Sent Wrong Energy Class Refrigerator

Arcelik Provided No Invoice and Sent Wrong Energy Class Refrigerator
July 29, 2024 1:37 PM34

I bought a fridge model 570431mb from the Ankara Arçelik factory on June 12, 2024, for ₺13,399, with the order number Sıp1381009952. It was sent on Friday, June 28, along with a ₺500 surge protector. That being said, I did not get a bill for these items. The fridge that was supposed to be energy class A turned out to be energy class F as well. They told me lies to try to get me to believe that there wasn't a big price difference between these energy classes. It's clear that they are set up to trick people about the prices and energy classes. They should stop lying and just give you your money back. They say that items bought from the staff shop can't be returned. In line with what law? They are making up rules as they go along. The staff is also sending out "Fake Invoices," which is a scam that takes our tax money and makes them money, which is bad for both us and the state. For two months, I've been put down, held up, and lied to while no records were opened against me. Each person talks about something different.

My complaint was published after 4 days; we are literally being blocked. Yesterday, the invoice was finally provided via email. Upon investigation, as shown in the attached image, the energy labels have changed but appear to have become more efficient. It is evident that the A++ energy class corresponds to the E energy class, and even a 401-liter capacity consumes 283 kWh. This product has a capacity of 264 liters and consumes 303 kWh, which is almost half the capacity but consumes more energy. How can this be the same? It remains as the service left it, and we don't even know if it works. As I mentioned, we bought it for energy savings, and we have been sufficiently aggrieved. I am requesting a product return, which is my legal right.

The top left edge and the lower parts of the refrigerator's upper door are covered in stains, dents, and scratches, especially the lower part is extremely damaged. Enough is enough; we have reported the situation several times, but it hasn't been resolved. If I had bought it from a second-hand dealer, it would have had fewer damages. Not being given an invoice, consuming so much energy, and feeling like I bought it from a junk dealer has made us sufficiently aggrieved and regretful. Since the day I bought it, we have requested a return, an appointment was given, but it wasn't picked up. We are demanding the return, which is our legal right. Stand behind your brand already.

The service just came and went. Despite me insisting to the person on the phone yesterday that I didn't want a test and wanted a return, the technician said they sent him for a test. He took photos of the internal information and left, saying he would ask the region. Then he said they wouldn't take it back if it was revised, but is this how bad a revision is? It's like scrap from top to bottom. You are the ones who sent it wrong; it was supposed to be A++ energy class, but you sent an F energy class.

They just called from the service, we can't accept the return, you bought it in the 6th month. I've been requesting a return since the day it arrived. Give me an appointment. The service shouldn't come to pick it up later, then we can't accept it. Based on what are you not accepting it? Send it incorrectly, prolong the process, then say you can't accept it.

Read the Service Receipt. The packaging is intact. It came incorrectly, but we cannot take it back.

Arçelik Sold Me a Faulty 2172 JEB Freezer and Refuses to Replace It

February 21, 2025 12:11 PM77

"The product exchange was carried out on February 28, 2025. I especially thank the representatives from Arçelik Customer Service who contacted me for the exchange. However, the authorized service, which detected the malfunction of a product that is less than 6 months old (2 months old) and used for storing food like a deep freezer in approximately 2 weeks (I received a response every day saying your repair is ongoing), needs to be warned for taking such a long time to conclude the process."
