Arçelik Delayed My Refrigerator Delivery for Over a Month with Weak Excuses

I bought a fridge at an Arçelik store in Ankara on August 27, 2024, and it still hasn't been brought as of October 4, 2024. I called them and they said it was "in the production stage." What makes this a good explanation? Should I go to the plant and help finish the work myself so it can be sent out in less than 40 days? This string of reasons is getting old, and I just want my fridge. I already told Arçelik about this problem through Şikayetvar. It's upsetting to get such bad service from a company that says it's the best in its field. They need to fix this fast and give me the product I paid for.
