Temu Products Were Not Delivered by the Courier Company

Aras Kargo deliberately didn’t deliver the products I ordered from Temu. This is the fifth time it has happened. Their İzmit Darıca branch is always problematic—they claim “recipient not at home” and send back the package I waited a month for. At least call me so I can pick it up myself. The package travels through multiple countries, clears customs, arrives just 3 km away from me, and then gets sent back. It would be much better if you offered a designated pickup point instead. Dear Temu representatives, please start taking this issue seriously.
