They marked the package as "delivered" and claimed I wasn’t home when I called to follow up. If they had marked it as "undelivered," I could have resolved the issue with the sender, but it seems they chose "delivered" to avoid any responsibility. Congratulations, Aras Kargo, for proving once again what kind of service you offer. If I could pick up packages from your remote branches, I might as well travel from Ankara to Istanbul myself.
