Aras Kargo Refuses to Deliver to My Bursa Address Despite Charging Shipping Fees
Aras Kargo repeatedly refuses to deliver my products, claiming my address is outside of their distribution area—even though I live in central Bursa, and every other shipping company delivers to my door without issue.
For over a year, whenever I’ve asked for delivery to Esnaf Ortak, I’ve been told the contract has been terminated. Even for shipments where I paid shipping fees, Aras Kargo refuses to deliver, again citing the same contract excuse. They’ve used this as a blanket explanation regardless of product, address, or shipping status.
If my address is not serviceable, why are shipping fees being charged at all? It seems like Aras Kargo is shuttling parcels between warehouses and branches without fulfilling actual delivery promises. This practice is misleading and unfair to paying customers.
I am demanding that my packages be delivered directly to my address, as originally agreed. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to upper management through every possible channel.
Are we now expected to cancel our orders simply because Aras Kargo refuses to honor basic delivery obligations? This is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.
