Package Not Delivered - Dishonest Service and Negligence

On August 16, 2025, Aras Kargo Beykoz Branch notified me that my package was out for delivery. Through the SMS link, I confirmed that I was at my address, and I was told the package would be delivered the same day. Later, without any valid reason, I received a message saying, “The recipient refused to accept the package.” This is a complete lie. I then went to the Beykoz branch, which was about to close. I explained the situation, but the staff dismissed me with careless excuses, saying, “The vehicle is not here right now and will not come here, so we cannot give you your package.” What really frustrates me is not that my package was not delivered that day, but the dishonest excuse recorded in the system stating that “the recipient refused to accept.” Why lie? This is pure negligence. The vehicles were parked right outside, yet I was told the vehicle wasn’t there and wouldn’t return. Do your couriers take the packages home with them? Clearly, my package never even left the branch that day. As long as your headquarters fails to supervise or care about such practices, you will continue to be a disappointment. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer. I have never seen such a disorganized, unmotivated, and incompetent service. Just tell me honestly that you cannot deliver today—I would have understood. But when I came all the way to your branch, you couldn’t even bother to hand me my package from the vehicle.

First of all, the lady from customer relations who called said she would solve it. The next day she called again and said your cargo is at the Kavacık branch, you have to pick it up yourself from there. She said the team will not deliver it to your home. Apparently, she was someone without any authority. Anyway, I traveled about 10 km and picked it up myself. It's over, whatever, I don't even know how I got into this.
