Aras Kargo’s Ulukent branch does not deliver packages but keeps people waiting by claiming the delivery will happen within the day, showing a clear lack of seriousness. Their customer service keeps callers on hold for 14–15 minutes, only to provide misleading information like “Your package will be delivered today.” From June 24 to June 27, 2025, I went through this same issue for three days. Every time I called, I was told, “Your shipment is out for delivery and will arrive today,” yet no delivery was made. When I called the next day, the same problem continued, and the staff handled the situation without any professionalism. From now on, the first thing I’ll check before buying a product is whether the seller uses Aras Kargo. If they do, I won’t make the purchase. I’m writing this complaint not because I expect a resolution, but to share the poor service quality of Aras Kargo’s Ulukent branch with others.
