Package Marked Delivered But Not Received

On Saturday, August 2nd, a package with tracking number 5654161551172 was out for delivery. At 11:10 AM, I received a message stating that it had been delivered to me via mobile signature, but I did not receive the package. It was definitely not delivered to me. Following this, I contacted Aras Kargo customer service, and a complaint was registered under the number 9914491. The issue was forwarded to the Ortadağ branch, and I was informed that the package was marked as “delivered to the customer.” However, the head office stated that a delivery code or national ID number must be collected and requested this information from the branch, but no response was received from the branch. The package contains a total of 9 items, including products I purchased for my 2-year-old son and my dog, with a total value of ₺1,399.84. I placed the order through Temu. I do not have the time to reorder and wait again due to the lost package, and I am experiencing significant inconvenience. I believe that the Ortadağ branch and Aras Kargo have falsely marked the package as delivered without actually handing it over to me, and have illegally withheld my items. I want to emphasize that this constitutes an offense and can be considered unlawful seizure of someone else’s property. I demand that my package be delivered to me in full without any missing items, and that appropriate action be taken against those responsible for this situation. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
