Aras Kargo Failed to Deliver My Temu Order and Marked It as Delivered

I placed an order with Temu, and it was stated that the products would be delivered by Aras Kargo. Later, on November 21, I received a message saying the package would be out for delivery. I called the Aras Kargo Kartepe Köseköy branch early in the morning and informed them that if the package hadn’t been sent out for delivery yet, I would like to pick it up myself. I was told it was already out for delivery. I waited all day, but the package never arrived. Later, I saw on the system that it was marked as delivered at 6:27 PM on November 21. The next morning, I called the branch again and was told that the package had remained in the courier’s vehicle and would be delivered that day (November 22). However, the package didn’t arrive that day either. I messaged the courier carrying the package, and in the evening, they responded, saying that the package had been at the branch for two days and I could come to pick it up. On the morning of November 23, I called again, and the same woman from the branch who had previously given me incorrect information about the package being out for delivery told me, “Your package is here, come and get it.” I have been waiting for my package to be delivered for five days. Deliver my product, or I will file a criminal complaint against your company through legal channels.
