Marked As Delivered by Aras Kargo, But Never Received It, Where Is My Pack?

I was victimized by Aras Kargo because my package was marked as delivered even though it never reached me. Since I wasn’t home, the courier attempted to deliver the package to a nearby market. I gave the courier the delivery code and shortly after received a message stating that the package had been delivered. However, when I went to the market, I found out the package wasn’t there. When I called the courier, he casually said something like “I might have forgotten.” Later, I was told the product would be returned because it hadn’t been received in the system. When I contacted the courier again, he disrespectfully and irresponsibly said, “there’s nothing to be done.” The package, which was marked as delivered by the courier, never reached me physically and was not left at the market either. This situation violates my right to the protection of personal data under the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK) and is clearly against the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Due to the loss of my package, the waste of my time, the emotional distress caused, and the courier’s attitude, I demand from Aras Kargo:
• Compensation for this inconvenience,
• Disciplinary action against the courier in question,
• And a clear, written explanation of what happened.
If these demands are not met, I will not hesitate to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board, the Presidential Communication Center (CİMER), the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), as well as social media and consumer rights programs. No one should have to bear the consequences of a courier company’s “forgetfulness” anymore.

The lady in customer service informed me that she would take responsibility for my complaint and follow up on the matter. I thank her very much.
