My Urgent Cargo Pickup Request Has Been Ignored for Days

I submitted a pickup request to Aras Kargo on June 26, with the pickup scheduled from the Kayseri Millet branch. The shipment is urgent and needs to be dispatched as soon as possible. However, today is July 1 and no action has been taken. Despite calling customer service multiple times, I keep receiving the same generic responses like "They will pick it up today" or "We have informed the branch of the urgency." Still, no one has shown up and nothing has been done. The responsible branch — Kayseri Millet — has completely failed to take action, and this delay is causing serious inconvenience. I kindly request that the shipment is picked up immediately and that I am informed about the steps being taken to resolve this issue.
