My Package Was Marked as Delivered but I Never Received Anything From Aras Kargo

Aras Cargo shows my shipment as delivered, but despite waiting patiently for two days, my product has still not arrived. It also states that the cargo was delivered to me personally, which is not true. On the day the delivery was supposedly made, I wasn’t even at the address where it was to be delivered. I checked with my neighbors and building manager, and no one received anything on my behalf. I’ve also tried reaching out to customer service, but so far, I haven’t received any clear response. This situation is both frustrating and unacceptable, especially since the item I ordered is time-sensitive. I want my cargo. Thank you.
