My product, shipped from Bursa on January 10 via Aras Kargo, has still not arrived as of January 31. At first, I was told it was lost. Later, they said it was under investigation, and without any notice to me, I was informed that it had been returned. When I contacted the location where the product was supposedly returned, they said it had not arrived, even though the scheduled delivery date was January 27, 2025. At this point, I no longer believe Aras Kargo is being honest. There has been no communication, no apology, and no information provided. I am truly baffled by the lack of professionalism. I request immediate information regarding the situation or compensation for my loss.
