Aras Kargo Lost My Package and Failed to Deliver or Provide Any Explanation
My product, shipped from Bursa on January 10 via Aras Kargo, has still not arrived as of January 31. At first, I was told it was lost. Later, they said it was under investigation, and without any notice to me, I was informed that it had been returned. When I contacted the location where the product was supposedly returned, they said it had not arrived, even though the scheduled delivery date was January 27, 2025. At this point, I no longer believe Aras Kargo is being honest. There has been no communication, no apology, and no information provided. I am truly baffled by the lack of professionalism.
