On April 10, 2025, around 2:30 PM, my "Amazon Yarın Kapında" order, which was guaranteed to be delivered by that time, was not delivered despite the commitment. The shipment went out for delivery at approximately 10:46 AM, and around 12:46 PM, I received an SMS stating, "You will receive your order within 2 hours." However, the package was never delivered. When tracking the courier's live location, I saw that they passed just one street away, about 500 meters from my address, but never came to my home. Instead, they headed to other areas several kilometers away and spent a long time there. Aras Kargo has never provided satisfactory service to me, and this delivery clearly violates Amazon's "Yarın Kapında" promise. I am filing a complaint regarding this issue.
