The employees at Aras Kargo’s Mersin Mezitli Branch are not delivering parcels as they should. Instead of going to the given addresses for delivery, calling, or asking, they simply send a false message saying, “We came to your address but couldn’t find you.” On top of that, they don’t even attempt redelivery and instead tell you to come to the branch to collect your parcel. When I called the cargo company, they responded indifferently and disrespectfully, as if they were in the right. I’ve received deliveries from nearly all cargo companies at my workplace. I’m not exaggerating—Aras Kargo is the only one that consistently fails to make proper deliveries. I want to notify the officials at Aras Kargo through this message: The staff at Aras Kargo’s Mersin Mezitli Branch are refusing to deliver parcels inside Mersin University and falsely claim that the recipient was not present at the address. Please take the necessary action.
