I Paid for My Parcel But Aras Kargo Avsallar Branch Refuses to Deliver It

I’m writing to file a serious complaint about Aras Kargo’s Avsallar Branch. I paid both for my product and the shipping fee in full, but despite that, they are refusing to deliver my parcel. I work from home and am always available to receive deliveries. However, the courier deliberately skips my address and marks it as undeliverable. This has happened multiple times. The parcel is not even being processed properly—it’s being ignored altogether.
To be clear, I’m not receiving a service—I’m being robbed. I paid for a product and its shipping, yet the branch and its employees are effectively holding it hostage. I consider this a form of theft. If I don’t receive my package by tomorrow, I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office and pursue legal action for both material and moral damages. I will also press charges for theft and unlawful seizure of goods.
This isn't just carelessness—this is deliberate misconduct. I know how the system works, and based on the tracking information, the parcel was definitely in Alanya since the morning. It should have been delivered by now. The attached visual evidence clearly shows that they’ve had more than enough time. Aras Kargo Avsallar Branch is not doing its job—they’re exploiting customers who’ve already paid.
I demand immediate delivery of my product and a full investigation into the misconduct of the employees at this branch.
