Courier With Aggressive Behavior
On September 19, 2025, I experienced a serious problem with Aras Kargo regarding my shipment with tracking number 5 680 279 55 25 233, which was supposed to be delivered to my address in Kadıköy. Two days ago, I contacted the call center and reported that the courier told me to come downstairs to pick up the parcels, and when I refused, he came up by elevator, dropped the parcels at my door in a harsh manner, and displayed aggressive behavior. I also specifically requested that this courier should no longer be assigned to deliver to my address. However, today the same courier came to my address again and this time, without delivering my package, he acted aggressively toward me and left without handing over the shipment. As someone who lives alone, I feel extremely uncomfortable with this situation and I do not feel safe. In my conversations with customer service, I only received an automatic message saying “the necessary action has been taken,” without being provided with any real solution. My request is that this courier no longer be sent to my address, and that my shipments be delivered safely by another courier.
