Aras Kargo Lost My Package and Refuses to Compensate Despite Multiple Requests
Aras Kargo lost the item I sent through Dolap and, despite my repeated requests, has not provided any compensation. Dolap informed me via email that the Akmerkez branch had been notified about starting the compensation process for my order (tracking number: SP09643347231). However, when I visited the branch, they refused to make any payment or take action.
The email also suggested I reconnect with Live Support if the branch failed to initiate the compensation process. I’ve followed all the instructions, but there has been no resolution. It’s unacceptable for a reputable service to mishandle a customer’s package and then deny responsibility. I demand immediate compensation for my lost item and accountability from both Aras Kargo and Dolap.
Dear Sir/Madam, I applied with all the necessary documents and days have passed. I have not received any payment. When I ask, they say that the branch in Bursa should make the payment, but there is no result. Two months have passed, and neither the goods have been found nor the payment made. This is becoming very disgraceful. It is not befitting of Aras Kargo at all. Despite it being a very small amount, they are not paying.
Aras Kargo has still not paid the over 500 lira they owe until now. I call the office, but they can't offer a solution either. Does this mean that when something is lost with Aras Kargo, they are not the company that takes responsibility and compensates? Does this mean we shouldn't use this company? Isn't this shameful?
