Aras Kargo Failed to Deliver My Package on a Two-Hour Route

The distance between Erzincan and Erzurum is just two hours. Yet, as of December 30, 2024, the package hasn’t even reached the delivery branch, let alone Erzincan. Aras Kargo customer service insists that it will be delivered tomorrow, but can you tell me where this vehicle has been for the past four days? How can it not cover a two-hour distance in four days? Identify those who are not doing their job and hold them accountable. I expect an explanation on this matter. This is not just about my package; there are many others in that vehicle. The customer representative treats me as if I were a child, saying it will arrive tomorrow because it’s “on the way.” Are the other package owners in my house, waiting with me for their deliveries for four days? My scheduled delivery day is Tuesday, and this is unacceptable. For years, when a package arrives in Erzurum in the morning, it either goes out for delivery the same day or, at the latest, the next day. What are your drivers and employees doing? In four days, a vehicle could go to Istanbul and back four times. How is it possible that a two-hour route can’t be covered? Provide me with a reasonable and logical explanation.
