I am having a serious issue with the delivery of my Aramex shipment with tracking number 2305290175. First, I received a message stating that my package would be delivered that day, but no delivery was made. After that, the system showed a message saying I needed to wait until August 27. When I called the Aramex number listed on Amazon, I first reached a Turkish automated system, but after selecting the relevant option, an English voice took over and the call looped back to the beginning. Despite trying multiple times, it has been impossible to reach anyone. I also contacted Amazon, but they were unable to provide a solution.
I have been waiting for over a week to receive my Owala-brand thermos at my address in Istanbul. I have not received clear information or proper support from either Aramex or Amazon. At the very least, I expected to receive an SMS update regarding my shipment.
