My Apple iPhone 11 Malfunctioned within 3 Days of Purchase

After only three days of owning it, the iPhone 11 I bought from Teknosa and which was giving me trouble had to be sent back for warranty repairs. I want the device to be either returned to me or changed. Since I bought the item at full price, I won't accept a fixed version of it if it is shipped back to me. The store didn't give me a replacement or a refund when I asked for one, and they didn't tell me why. In today's world, it is hard to live a normal life and take care of daily tasks without a phone. So, I'd like to make a second request for the exact same product to be replaced or for a refund, if that's at all possible with your help. Please stop stalling me.
