I just bought an iPhone 11 from Teknosa, but I've had network problems since the first day. Even though they switched to a different line, the problem still happened. When Teknosa sent it to warranty, the phone came back with no problems, and software was supposedly thrown away. But the problem is still there, and Teknosa told me to take it to a service center myself. Unfortunately, there isn't one in my city. It's annoying to not have a device that works, and it seems like Teknosa and Apple need to do more to fix this problem. Teknosa doesn't seem to back up the products they sell, and the iPhone can't fix the real problems. I'm hoping for a better solution soon.
