The phone broke as a result of hitting the ground about two months before the warranty expired, and there was a slight crack in the glass on the back of the phone, and since there was no iPhone service, I delivered it to the KVK company in Trabzon province, which they recognized and assured, and they said that they could not intervene because there was a crack on the back of the phone, and they said they would send the phone to iPhone's own maintenance and repair service. I received a call from the iPhone service, and they confirmed what I had been told, and they offered to exchange the same phone for a refurbished one for a price of 8 thousand TL, or even 9 thousand TL, and they do not produce zero of this phone now, and when I asked if we have the opportunity to buy another model that is the same as the price given to me at market value, they stated that unfortunately there is not, and now I don't understand anything. Previously, the iPhone stood behind the product it sold, but I see that things have changed. I hope my query is answered, and I hope that a firm with such a huge audience is not harmed by people like myself.
