iPhone SE Camera Malfunction and Poor Warranty Policies

Today, I noticed that the rear camera and flash on my iPhone SE series phone weren't working. I then had a chat with Apple Support, and as a result, they told me that my phone had this hardware issue and that I needed to go to a service center. It's been just two years and one month since I bought the phone, and it directly developed such an issue. I was also experiencing reception problems before; I went to the service center, and they said there wasn't any problem. I let that slide, but it's not normal for a phone that hasn't been dropped, damaged, or misused in any way in two years to malfunction like this. I don't want to pay any fee for this, especially since these are very expensive amounts right now. I request that Apple Turkey absolutely support us on this issue, provide proper service, make an exchange, and take back their faulty, defective products from us. Because these things are not acceptable in other countries, and Apple immediately makes an exchange. I want the same practice to be implemented here as well.
