Apple MagSafe Wallet Melted From Heat
About 10 months ago, I purchased an Apple MagSafe wallet from Vatan Bilgisayar in Alanya, Antalya. For the past 2–3 months, the product has become completely unusable because the plastic edges started melting due to heat, becoming sticky and gummy in my hands.
Last week, I returned the item to Vatan Bilgisayar, and they sent it to KVK for inspection. Even though the product is still under warranty, KVK claimed the damage was due to “user error” and demanded ₺2,800 for a replacement. This is unacceptable, as the wallet melting from heat is clearly a material quality issue, not customer misuse.
I have tried contacting KVK customer service multiple times by phone without success. I also sent a WhatsApp message but received no response. My KVK form number is 2502471223.
I am requesting that my Apple MagSafe wallet be replaced free of charge under warranty or that my payment be refunded in full. I expect this unfair situation to be resolved immediately.
