Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max Return Problem



I purchased an Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max from the Izmir Hilltown Turkcell Teknosel dealer. I returned the product 15 hours after purchasing it as the screen and hardware were damaged. However, neither Turkcell nor Teknosel dealers nor Apple provided any assistance regarding product exchange/return and stated they would not replace it. Despite paying a significant amount, they all deflect responsibility, stating they won't replace it or it's not under their authority. In the end, I trusted Turkcell as an institution and paid 86 thousand TL, but received no support. There is no contact person from Turkcell, its dealer, or Apple. The phone's hardware is damaged. Is this a regret? Turkcell, Teknosel, resembling Turkcell but not acknowledged by Turkcell, and Apple, which takes no responsibility and acts as if it didn't produce it.
