On 05.05.2023, I bought an iPhone 13 brand and model phone for 27.999 TL from the Media Markt store in Van Mall. From the first day I started using it, my voice was transmitted to the other party with very poor quality, noise and wavy during phone calls. Since the sim card I use is quite old, I thought that the problem was caused by this, so I changed my sim card at the first opportunity. Since my problem still persists, I took my device to the iPhone authorized service in Van on 03.06.2023. They told me that there was a problem with the handset of the device, that they had to pick up the phone first here (Van), otherwise they would send it to Istanbul. I don't want my phone to be repaired for a problem that is not caused by me, while the motivation behind me giving 28 thousand liras and buying a brand new device is that it is original and has not been repaired. I've always used Android phones until now, I started using an iPhone for the first time, it made me extremely sad that I met the brand in this way. In addition, my business conversations began to be seriously interrupted by the phone. For this reason, I request the elimination of the grievance I have experienced and the one-to-one replacement of my phone from the iPhone brand.
