I purchased an iPhone 14, but upon receiving it, I quickly noticed that the battery was draining very quickly. I contacted customer service and they acknowledged that this was not normal and arranged for me to receive a replacement phone. However, the second phone I received had a yellow tint on the screen and the screen brightness was low. I once again contacted customer service and they arranged for another replacement phone, but to my dismay, the third phone I received had the exact same issues with a yellow tinted screen and low screen brightness. When I contacted customer service again, they informed me that this was normal and that Apple uses two different displays. I was appalled that a company with the reputation and prestige of Apple would sell a product with such obvious defects and then have customer service representatives claim that it was normal. I paid a significant amount of money for this phone, $1648 USD to be exact, and I feel that I have been completely disregarded as a customer. I would not recommend Apple to anyone due to the terrible customer service and complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction.
