My brand new Apple iPhone 14 Plus has malfunctioning cameras after only two days of use. Seriously, what are the odds? I thought Apple products were top-notch and reliable, so you can imagine how disappointed I am. When recording video, the cameras continuously lose focus and exhibit sudden color shifts that make the footage unusable. It's like a phone straight out of the box with faulty camera parts! I immediately tried to return it to the shop where I bought it but they said they needed to check it out with technical support first before they could repair or replace it. I'm not willing to pay for something that hasn't worked properly since day one; if that's their policy then fine, but at least let me get my money back. My warranty says I have a certain time period in which I can request a refund and this is definitely within that window. Please help me out here - don't make me pay for an expensive phone that doesn't work as intended after only two days of use. All I'm asking for is a full refund on my purchase - nothing more, nothing less. If that's not possible then I'll reluctantly accept whatever solution they come up with but returning my money would be the best option by far.
