As soon as I noticed this situation, I made an appointment at the Apple Store Bağdat Caddesi branch. At the appointment time, I was told that this was a cosmetic problem and that the replacement process would be subject to a fee. As can be seen from the photos of a device that is only 4 months old, although there is no impact, dent, breakage, I absolutely do not accept this answer from the authorized dealer representing Apple. As a consumer who has been using and using Apple products from watches to headphones for years, I am under the shock of this situation and the answer I received for the first time. If this problem on the phone is not resolved under warranty, I will go to the Consumer Court if necessary. I hope this problem will be resolved positively before it grows. Otherwise, I will do my best to make sure that people with or without similar complaints about the incident experienced while buying the Apple brand, which adorns everyone's dreams, so to speak, from 7 to 70, read and share my article and think twice when buying this phone.
