The sales associates at Apple Zorlu Center, where I purchased an Apple Watch 8 on 01.14.2023, provided me with no details about exchanging it. When there was an issue with my watch within the first week, I was instructed to take it to an authorized service center in Kayseri; however, I was not given any details regarding its safe return. Naturally, I called Zorlu Center Apple the following day after learning that I have the right to return from third parties, and they instructed me to retrieve my product and handle it with care. My period ended after 14 days of this process. The product I ordered was different from the one I received, and I told the company I no longer wanted to use their service. This time they say we can't handle it and to contact Apple support instead. I can say confidently that you shouldn't buy anything from that shop. Their only goal is to make a quick sale so they can get you out of there.
