Released as new from Canada on 17/04/2023 My iPhone 14 Pro Max had a mains problem on 21/03/2024 even though I paid the tax and registered it. I tried all methods including new physical sim and e-sim. When I couldn't find a solution, I took the device to the Zorlu Center Apple store. They said they were looking at Troy or Gürgençler stores because it was a device from abroad. When I took the device to the Kanyon Troy Apple store, they said that whether the main head of the device was related to the main board or not, since it started in Canada, it would be repaired or replaced there. When I went to the American store with a friend, they said that the device should only be serviced in Canada. If such an international company only provides service at home, why are they deceiving people by selling the phone because it has a warranty? The 1-year warranty period of the device ends on 19/04/2024. Do I have to go from Turkey to Canada just for a phone? As an Apple user for 12 years, what kind of brand reliability and customer satisfaction is this? A brand like Apple that gives an international warranty does not protect the device. It makes its customers suffer. You give a warranty to the device you sell in a country other than Canada. Don't you need to save your money when you sell it? This is outright deceiving and defrauding people. Are you going to get all that money for nothing? Kudos to the Apple brand. He victimizes and defrauds people by not protecting a device. None of your service providers in Turkey provide a solution to my problem. They save it from the beginning to avoid hassle. Don't your service providers in Turkey have any duties other than being the seller of the device? In my eyes, they are no different from the stall salesmen of the huge Apple brand. I want an Apple representative to deal with my problem. Otherwise, from now on, I will tell everyone around me about your brand's behavior and the fact that it sells worn-out products and does not stand behind them.
