Apple Store Order Not Delivered on Time and Customer Support Was Disrespectful

On September 28, I placed an order through the Apple Store app for Microsoft Office 365 Personal (Order No: w1344928705). The delivery date was stated as between October 2 and October 5, but as of October 6, I still have not received the product.

During this period, I contacted Apple customer service. The representative I spoke with, named R*****, responded rudely, saying, “Then just return the product,” and even addressed me informally as “you” (“sen” in Turkish). When I replied in the same tone, the representative told me to “speak respectfully and use ‘sir’ or ‘madam’.” His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no real interest in solving my problem. When I asked about compensation for the delivery delay, I was told, “There’s nothing we can do.” Finally, he suggested that I wait until October 9 and, if the item still hadn’t arrived, to return it or call again.

I paid ₺4,200 for this purchase via credit card. I also tried to contact the shipping company, but couldn’t reach them. The order was placed under Apple Store’s own warranty, and this was my first time shopping from Apple’s online store — it’s disappointing to encounter such an issue right away.

I expect Apple Store to deliver my product as soon as possible and to resolve my grievance promptly regarding the delay and poor customer service experience.
